"When it comes to selling a house, most people think 'realtor agent'. These folks do that for a living; they are most familiar with all the steps of a transaction that you seldom get to do. Most importantly, you think, they will get you that house sold without you having to worry about anything.
Well that's not so simple. Most realtor agents who have been in business for more than a year can offer proof that they have sold some houses already. The question is: are they good at it?
First it takes serious salesmanship. Techniques you can learn; tactics you can improve; skills you have them or you don't. Ultimately the difference lies in how long it takes to find a serious buyer and how much profit you make selling your home. What sets David apart from many realtors is that he has the skills; at the heart, David is a good salesman. In general, that's preferable. In today's depressed market, that may well decide whether you get to sell your home at all.
Now there is another quality that David displays with profusion from day one: the ability to work with you, to connect with you, even to withstand your temper sometimes!
